Agreement to terms

By accessing or using ScorePros AI at ai.getscorepros.com (“the Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

What the Platform is

ScorePros AI is a consumer-directed, AI-assisted credit intelligence platform. It provides tools for analyzing credit data, identifying potential inaccuracies, generating dispute correspondence, and tracking outcomes.

ScorePros AI is NOT a credit repair organization, law firm, or financial advisor. It does not provide legal or financial advice. It does not guarantee credit outcomes or timelines.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and the truthfulness of statements made in dispute correspondence. You understand that you are directing all actions taken through the Platform.

You agree not to use the Platform to dispute information you know to be accurate, to submit frivolous or abusive disputes, or to circumvent platform compliance safeguards.

No outcome guarantees

The Platform does not guarantee any specific credit outcome, score improvement, or dispute result. Credit outcomes depend on the accuracy of reported data, bureau and furnisher investigation procedures, and other factors outside our control.

Subscription and billing

Free accounts include limited features as described on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. You may cancel at any time.

Refunds are available within 14 days of initial subscription purchase if you have not used the dispute generation features.

Intellectual property

The Platform, including its rules engine, AI systems, design, and content, is the intellectual property of Score Pros. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.

Limitation of liability

Score Pros is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: credit score changes, dispute outcomes, missed deadlines, or actions taken based on Platform guidance. Use the Platform at your own risk.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, use the Platform for abusive purposes, or attempt to circumvent compliance safeguards.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
