ScorePros AI is a compliance-first, AI-assisted credit intelligence platform. It helps you understand your credit data at a field level, identify potential inaccuracies using a deterministic rules engine, and take action — on your terms. It is NOT a credit repair service.
No. ScorePros AI is a consumer-directed credit intelligence tool. You analyze your own data, review findings, and decide what actions to take. The platform provides tools and AI-assisted guidance, but you make every decision and approve every action.
Most tools just generate generic dispute letters. ScorePros AI runs a deterministic rules engine on your normalized credit data, assigns confidence scores to findings, requires individual item selection (no bulk disputes), tracks outcomes across rounds, and maintains a full audit trail. It also offers credit building and goal planning — not just disputes.

How It Works
Through a secure, OAuth-based connection with our credit data provider. We never store your bureau login credentials. You consent to the data pull, and the reports are imported into our normalized schema.
The rules engine runs deterministic checks on your normalized credit data — looking for contradictions, inconsistencies, anomalies, and potential errors. Each finding includes a confidence score, severity level, allowed actions, and plain-English dispute angles. AI doesn't invent findings — the rules engine does.
Fix What's Wrong (dispute eligible items), Build What's Missing (credit building strategies without disputes), and Optimize for a Goal (mortgage, auto, apartment, business credit readiness planning).
No. By design, ScorePros AI does not allow bulk or auto-disputing. You must review each finding individually, understand why it was flagged, and select specific items for action. This is a compliance requirement and a better strategy.
Disputes & Actions
AI drafts letters using only the dispute angles identified by the rules engine and approved template language. AI cannot invent reasons. You review, edit, and approve every letter before it's sent.

The platform tracks your case and sets deadline reminders. When you re-pull your report (prompted at day 30-35 and day 45), the SnapshotDiff engine detects what changed and updates your case outcomes automatically.
Round 2+ disputes are allowed only if you have new evidence, a new inconsistency appears, a procedural failure is detected, or a different supported dispute angle exists. The platform enforces this gating automatically.
Security & Compliance
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. PII is stored separately from analytics. We never store bureau credentials. Document vault uses expiring links. Immutable audit logs track every action.
No. Credit outcomes depend on many factors. The platform provides tools and intelligence — it does not promise or guarantee any specific outcome. All language is CROA-compliant.
Yes. Every action is logged in an immutable audit trail — traceable to the rule_id, finding_id, and template_id that generated it. You can review your complete history at any time.
