What ScorePros AI Is Not

ScorePros AI is not a credit repair organization as defined under federal or state law. We do not provide legal advice. We do not guarantee any improvement in any user’s credit standing. We do not act on behalf of users or represent them in any matter.

User Responsibility

All actions taken through ScorePros AI — including the preparation and sending of any dispute letters — are taken by the user directly. The user reviews, approves, and sends all communications. ScorePros AI does not send anything on behalf of users without explicit, individual approval for each action.

No Guarantees

ScorePros AI makes no guarantee that any dispute letter will result in the removal, correction, or modification of any item on a user’s credit report. Results vary by individual. Credit bureaus and creditors respond to disputes based on their own investigation processes, which are outside our control.

CROA Disclosure

Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report on your own, without the help of a credit repair organization. ScorePros AI is a tool to assist you in that process — not a service that acts on your behalf.

FCRA Alignment

ScorePros AI provides users with tools to exercise their rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. This includes identifying potentially inaccurate or unverifiable items and preparing letters users can submit directly to credit bureaus and creditors under their right to dispute.
