Case Management
Every dispute creates a DisputeCase linked to a target (CRA, furnisher, or data broker). Each case tracks round number, status, sent date, expected response date, and related cases from previous rounds.
Compliant Letter Generation
AI drafts dispute letters using only the dispute angles identified by the rules engine and approved template phrases. AI cannot invent reasons. No legal threats. No outcome guarantees. Every output is traceable to a finding_id and rule_id.
Evidence Checklists
Each finding specifies what evidence supports the dispute. The platform guides you through gathering and attaching supporting documentation before sending.
Round Gating
Round 2+ disputes are only allowed if: new evidence is uploaded, a new data inconsistency appears, a procedural failure is detected, or a different dispute angle is supported by the rules engine. No repeat disputes with the same reason.
Print & Mail Integration
Download your packets to mail yourself, or use integrated print-and-mail with tracking numbers, delivery confirmation, and proof of mailing — critical for escalation eligibility.
